dos and don'ts

Don't - Trust your feelings implicitly. Feelings fluctuate like the tide, and can be decieving if you just go on them alone.
Do - Trust God. He is always faithful, always true, and never changes.

Today, i started out in the pits of despair, but God lifted me out, set me upright with my feet on a Rock, and encouraged me. The Holy Spirit gave me strength to stand, and not only to stand but to fight for my rights in prayer, to come boldly before the throne of God in my time of need.

1st Corinthians 2:16b – But we have the mind of Christ, the Messiah, and do hold the thoughts (feelings and purposes) of His heart.
Isaiah 40:3 –
A voice of one who cries, Prepare in the wilderness the way of the Lord – clear away the obstacles – make straight and smooth in the desert a highway for our God!
Isaiah 40:28-31 –
Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, does not faint or grow weary; there is no searching of His understanding. He gives power to the faint and weary, and to him who has no might He increases strength – causing it to multiply and making it abound. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and the selected young men shall feebly stumble and fall exhausted; But those who wait for the Lord – who expect, look for and hope in Him – shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up (close to God) as eagles (mount up to the sun); they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint or become tired.
Psalm 32:8 –
I, the Lord, will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you.
Romans 8:28 – We are assured and know that (God being a partner in their labour), all things work together and are (fitting into a plan) for good to those who love God and are called according to His design and purpose.
